A quiet cheer for GBM Works
Good news travels quietly. GBM Works has secured €6.2 million in seed funding to bring its silent offshore wind technology one step closer to market.
Invest-NL came on board with, alongside renewed backing from Rotterdamse Havendraken and the EIC Fund.
The funding will support final large-scale tests and prepare for the first commercial use of the Vibrojet® solution. This pioneering technology makes it possible to install offshore wind turbines without creating harmful underwater noise. In other words, clean energy without making a racket.
